The excitement has just stepped up a notch at Hunua Views residential development with the recent opening of a number of Showhomes.
Three Classic Builders Showhomes opened in October, presenting visitors to the subdivision with different examples of house plans. The three, immediately alongside each other, join four others constructed by other building partners in the subdivision.
Classic Builders Regional Manager, Stephen Halliday, says interest in the subdivision has been steady, and the high level of inquisitiveness is set to increase with the opening of the Showhome village.
The three Classic Builders houses include a two-level design, and two single storied options in different price brackets. All are freestanding, brick and tile with weatherboard features and are freehold titles.
The two-level design features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, three toilets and internal access for a single garage. It is priced at $785,000.
One of the single level houses is Classic Builders entry level price in the subdivision. Priced at $649,000 it features three bedrooms, one bathroom and a single garage with internal access. The other single level house will be similarly priced to the two-level design option and offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a double garage with internal access.
The Showhomes will be open on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays between 11am and 3pm.
Hunua Views is being developed by Classic Developments, with residential building being completed by Classic Builders, one of the key build partners. Classic Builders has released 43 house and land packages since the subdivision was launched in November 2019, and has sold 23 homes with a further 14 contracts under way. Plans are for up to 800 new residences to be constructed on the 50 hectare residentially zoned site.
Building Consultant, Wayne Rhode, is well positioned to sing the praises of the subdivision. He lives only 15 minutes away, has been in the industry for about 20 years, and has worked out of the Franklin area for 16 years.
He assures those considering settling at Hunua Views that much is on offer.
“There’s the opportunity to build a community here, not just a subdivision as there is so much close by.”
For example, those calling Hunua Views home will be within walking distance of a decile 8 school, and a childcare centre will be built during stage two of the development. An abundance of infrastructural development is on Hunua Views’ doorstep, including the planned construction of a large shopping mall. Hunua Views will also provide close-at-hand living opportunities for those employed at the Drury South Crossing business park nearby.
